RITES OF THE WOMAN
Hosting a Rites of passage or women's circle at your home is a beautiful way to bring your friends and loved ones together in a meaningful and heart-centered way. I can host several different types of circles, from Rites of passage, red tent and Sacred sexuality nights for women.
MOONTIME BLESSING & RITE OF PASSAGE
Celebrating a young woman's first bleed is an incredible honour amongst women. In this circle we bless the young woman, allow her to step into the maiden self and out of the child self. Saying goodbye to the child in a loving and supportive environment, allows her to integrate and grow into the young woman. We do this through ritual, ceremony and nourishment as she moves from one phase of her life to the next. This circle is for up to 20 girls + women.

Sitting in Circle with your friends is a meaningful alternative to a Hen’s Party. You will feel enriched and nurtured by the experience in preparation for your wedding day, and, into your future with your new husband. Together we will honour this rite of passage through beautiful sacred rituals, where you will nourished, nurtured and supported to take this next step into your new life with your partner. DIVORCE CEREMONY
A divorce can be a very tender time, but also a celebration. It is letting go of what was, feeling the grief and being held by your community and loved ones in a sacred circle. It is calling yourself back in, reclaiming your life, body, sensuality and creating new dreams in a supportive and held space.

THE BOAR STONE
Women are tremendously powerful, but we can easily forget. In ancient Celtic society women birthed on a Boar stone, they used the strength of the women before them to carry them through the portal of birth by accessing the power of the deep feminine. I call this particular initiation this because it this ceremony is a rebirthing process, and a death. When women are assaulted, violated and traumatized we can often forget our own power, it feels as though it has been snatched from them. This circle is to bring back that power in a deeply held way.

THE RED TENT
The Red Tent is a time for rest, integration and reflection for womb carriers.
It is a beautiful and ancient tradition that offers support and nourishment for women at all stages of their lives and cycles.
Sitting in circle offer loving support that helps us build solid foundations within ourselves and within the community; when we share together, we feel connected to our inner landscapes and embody a sense of belonging.
It’s a time to focus inwards and put ourselves first, give ourselves time and space to heal in a safe and nurturing environment, so that we can fill our cup and be more available and present in the world.
Please bring along: a cushion to sit on, bottle of water, pen & journal, a sharing snack.

GRIEF CIRCLE
Grief and Love are intertwined.
One cannot exist without the other, and yet, they are a bridge that binds all sides.
Grief and love withstands belief, dogma, religion and is a doorway to deep healing, forgiveness, acceptance, reverence and living with an open heart that feels no matter what.
Grief lives in love, and love lives in grief and to have a fully open heart means to know both and allow both.
This circle follows the threads of grief and allows us to feel the gravity and beauty it holds for us. This circle can be offered as any part of grieving that you or your loved ones are going through, whether death or transition through life stages.
