Taste of Love

2024 - Current

I lead social media strategy and marketing campaigns for the Taste of Love Festival as well as year-round workshops and events. I design all branded graphics and promotional content, ensuring a cohesive visual identity across digital platforms. I also manage admin, ticketing platforms, affiliate systems, and logistics for all events. Alongside this, I oversee event timelines and task coordination to create smooth, memorable experiences for attendees. Collaborating closely with founder and presenters, I co-create meaningful and aligned campaigns that bring the vision of each event to life.

Since 2016, I have been hosting a fortnightly Women's Red Tent in Melbourne and Ocean Shores, a safe space for women to come to, where we rest, share our stories, integrate, create ritual & medicine craft.​

Mister Nice Guy's Bakeshop

2010 - 2021​

For 11 years, I co-created one of Australia’s most beloved vegan bakeries, and managed a team of 17. Here, I handled every detail- from designing the menu and developing the brand identity to managing content, marketing, graphic design, and administration.

​

The bakery grew to become a staple in the Melbourne community with over 30k loyal followers, with whom I actively engaged with, organizing competitions and giveaways, and even invited them to help create new flavors, drawing thousands of responses.

​

One highlight was the Studio Ghibli-themed day, where I transformed our menu and shop into a Ghibli wonderland- an event that generated record-breaking sales and created a buzz across social media & attracted the attention of Studio Ghibli who offered our customers free tickets to the Ghibli Film Festival. Another favorite was the "Cake Face Smashing" event, where customers had a blast smashing cakes into their friends' faces in slow motion.

Other Things to Note

I'm a mother to a sparkly-eyed 10 yo boy, being a mother has been the biggest learning experience and rite of passage for me, it initiated me out of the maiden-phase of my life and into the mother-phase with a bang.

​​

I left an unhealthy 15 year marriage to pursue myself, and I did, and ended up finding the love of my life on the way.

​​

I'm a geek for comedy, ancestry, somatic therapy, and eros.

​

I carry Celtic, Gaelic, and Nordic ancestry from my father’s side, and Babylonian Jewish heritage from my mother’s. I regularly cook my ancestral dish that traces back 2,500 years to ancient Babylon. My family left Babylon two generations ago & travelled the Silk Road to Turkey where my Grandmother was born & then to India where my Mother was born. I was raised in an Arabic Jewish Indian home shaped by ancient tradition & incredible food.

I run a Women's Red Tent Circle every fortnight in Ocean Shores, it's been running for 9 years.

​

I need to go in my cave and have recovery time after being around a lot of people - deep rest is my medicine.​

I have dreams and visions that come true.

I used to be on a highly Spiritual Shamanic Path for 12 years, I was an Oracle and seer & it feels like a lifetime ago, it's shaped the way I sense, listen & track.​

​​

I have a Cert III in Graphic Design and a Diploma Journalism and have worked in marketing, copy writing, graphic design and as a production coordinator in various art and marketing studios across Sydney.

​

I have traveled around the world as a freelance graphic designer and writer, working in places like South America, Israel, London, New Zealand, and the United States.

​

I grew up in a religious environment, but inside our home we were surrounded by artists, poets, songwriters, and creativity. In my family, imagination mattered more than grades or devotion. We were taught to think for ourselves - which was very different to the other branch of our family, where the women were expected to stay quiet.

​

One day I wanted to be a female rabbi, and the next day our household no longer identified as religious at all. The conversations around our table shifted: ancient Greece, mythology, politics, philosophy, and the ways humans make meaning.

Those conversations shaped me. They taught me that my feminine voice mattered, that ideas could be explored rather than inherited, and that identity is something we are free to question, reshape, and claim.

This early mix of structure and freedom, tradition and creativity, reverence and rebellion deeply informs the way I work today. It taught me how to hold complexity, sit with many truths at once, and guide people toward their own inner authority - not the one they were taught to obey, but the one that rises from within.​

I now reside in Ocean Shores, in the Northern Rivers of NSW, Australia, where I work as a Somatic Therapist, Intimacy Coach and Shamanic Healer, as well as run events for The Red Temple and work as the PA & Marketing Manager for Australia's biggest Tantra Festival.
