I’ll now be offering the Red Tent as a monthly gathering in Mullumbimby to support girls and women.

The Red Tent is a time for rest, integration and reflection for womb carriers.

It is a beautiful and ancient tradition that offers support and nourishment for women at all stages of their lives and cycles.

Sitting in circle offer loving support that helps us build solid foundations within ourselves and within the community; when we share together, we feel connected to our inner landscapes and embody a sense of belonging.

It’s a time to focus inwards and put ourselves first, give ourselves time and space to heal in a safe and nurturing environment, so that we can fill our cup and be more available and present in the world.

Please bring along: a cushion to sit on, bottle of water, pen & journal, a sharing snack.

Thursday 2nd of November 6-8pm and will be held every first Thursday of the month at Little Jewels,
54 Stuart St, Mullumbimby.
