The Red Tent is a remembering.

It is a place where women have always gone when life became heavy, when the body needed rest, when the soul asked to be listened to. Long before calendars and schedules, women gathered this way, not to fix themselves, but to be held in the knowing that nothing was wrong.

Here, time loosens its grip.

We sit together in circle, as women have done across generations, to lay down what we have been carrying. To speak what has not yet had a home. To listen, not with answers, but with presence. In this circle, you do not need to be strong. You do not need to arrive polished or certain. You are welcome as you are.

​

The Red Tent is a place of inward turning. A place to feel the pulse of your own body again, to honour its rhythms, its cycles, its quiet intelligence. Healing here does not come through effort. It comes through being witnessed, through honesty, through the simple medicine of being met without judgement.

​

When a woman is given space to rest into herself, something ancient stirs. She remembers that she does not walk alone. She remembers how to listen inwardly. She leaves steadier, not because life has changed, but because she has been nourished at the root.

I have been holding Red Tent circles for women for nine years. I come to this work as a somatic therapist, an intimacy guide, and a shamanic practitioner, but more than that, as a woman who knows the power of circle. My work is grounded in many years of shamanic and ancestral healing, and in a deep respect for the body and the unseen threads that shape our lives.

​

This circle is held with care for the nervous system, for the body, and for the deeper stories that move through us. It is a place to remember who you are beneath the noise of the world.
