SOMATIC THERAPY
The word "Soma" means the body. Somatic practice is a trauma-informed therapy that acknowledges how trauma impacts the nervous system and the body.
This approach understands that the body holds memories of all our experiences and creates coping mechanisms to protect our inner child—mechanisms originally developed to shield us from the pain of trauma. However, as we grow, these coping strategies often become barriers, keeping us stuck in unhelpful patterns and contributing to imbalance in our lives.
These imbalances can manifest in many ways, including addictions, poor boundaries, people-pleasing behaviors, chronic fatigue, chronic illness, and dissociation. Somatic therapy helps clients identify these patterns, gently release stored trauma, and develop new ways of responding that foster healing, resilience, and well-being.
SEX & INTIMACY COACHING
A space for individuals or couples to deepen emotional and physical connection through vulnerability, communication, and embodied practice.

Our sexual nature is one of the most natural parts of who we are and, when honoured, becomes a profound source of healing. My Somatic Sexology Coaching offers a grounded, shame-free process that meets you exactly where you are, with your history, trauma, conditioning, nervous system patterns, desires, and edges.

Sessions begin by establishing safety and body-based awareness. We work gently with your nervous system, building regulation, presence, and emotional clarity so that deeper layers & trauma imprints, blocks, function based concerns, relational patterns - can unfold without overwhelm.

From here, our work expands into the erøtic landscape. Together we explore arousal patterns, sexual styles, core erotic themes, and the parts of you that shape your intimacy - including the vulnerable parts, the hungry parts, the shy parts, the shadowy parts, and the confident ones.
Through guided somatic processes, reflective inquiry, and experiential learning, you learn how to listen to your body, recognise your turn ons and turn offs, and understand the psychology behind your desires.

As safety and awareness strengthen, we shift into practical tools that awaken curiosity and play. This may include intimacy games, emotional attunement practices, embodied communication, heart-led tantrik k!nk, shadow alchemy, boundaries, consent, polarity play, and the transformation of jealousy, insecurity, or shame into presence and power.

These sessions support both individuals and couples, helping you create deeper connection, expanded pleasure, clearer communication, and a more integrated relationship with your erøtic self.

Please note: sessions do not involve sex or sexual contact. They are therapeutic, educational, and somatic in nature - a meticulously held space to explore your body, psyche, and desire with safety, integrity, and compassion.
SHAMANIC THERAPY + ANCESTRAL ARTS
In Shamanic Therapy, we believe that everything in the physical world has first been manifested in Spirit.
It works on the energetic level & tracks where the current issue originally started, whether from childhood or another lifetime where the memory of the original trauma is still carried.
When we track back; we can find the original wound & clear the old stories associated with it so that it changes any patterns that occurred as a result of it. āWe clear out the build-up of heavy energies that block us from walking the intended Soul path that cause disease & suffering & we access the higher Luminous energies to inform our soul of what it is that we wish to write for it instead.āā
When we do this enough & clear away anything that comes up for us; we take our healing, into our own hands, & make our way back to our original blueprint & the reason we came here in the first place.
YONI PAINTING JOURNEY
You are invited into a warm, intimate space where your body, your story, and your yoni are honoured as sacred. We begin by gently landing together in presence. You’ll be guided through a somatic journey, supporting you to soften, feel, and speak the truth your yoni holds - whether it’s joy, pain, numbness, longing, power, grief, or pleasure.
As you share your story and drop into your body, I begin painting.
Your Yoni Portrait unfolds in real-time - brushstrokes guided by your energy, your words, your emotional landscape. It’s not a literal depiction, but an intuitive, symbolic expression of your essence. Colours, shapes, textures - all channeled in the moment as a mirror of your journey.
This is a space for healing, release, and reclamation. A place to honour all that your yoni has held - and still holds - with tenderness and reverence.
You’ll receive:
-A softly held, cozy ceremonial space (candles, warmth, gentle music, tea or cacao)

In addition to my work as a somatic and shamanic guide, I support heart-led brands and practitioners with digital marketing, promotion & graphic design that feels aligned, intentional,
and beautiful.
I help translate the essence of their work into clear, authentic content—through social media strategy, visual branding, copywriting, and storytelling that connects.
I also create and produce events that are more than just gatherings—they are curated experiences designed to awaken the body, invite transformation, and nourish the senses. Whether it’s a temple night, workshop, or immersive retreat, I bring together aesthetics, emotion, and intention to craft spaces that feel both sacred and alive. This is what I call events alchemy and curating the sacred and sensual—bringing the unseen into form, and making it feel tangible, beautiful, and real.
