Somatic Intimacy Sessions offer a safe, non-judgmental space to explore your erotic nature, heal emotional wounds, and release the blocks that limit intimacy and pleasure. These sessions are rooted in nervous system regulation, breathwork, and body-based practices to help you reconnect with your body, soften protective patterns, and reclaim your pleasure in an empowered, embodied way. We’ll work gently and consciously with themes such as boundaries, consent, desire, shame, and power — always at your pace. I weave in trauma-informed care, conscious kink, neo-tantra, and erotic parts work — helping you meet and integrate the many parts of yourself with compassion, clarity, and deep presence. Whether you’re seeking healing, clarity around your desires, or tools to deepen your relationship with your body and pleasure, this is a space to come home to yourself. Note: Sessions are therapeutic and do not involve sexual activity.
