Sitting in circle offer loving support that helps us build solid foundations within ourselves and within the community, when we share together, we feel connected and uplifted.

It’s a time to focus inwards and put ourselves first, give ourselves time and space to heal in a safe and nurturing environment, so that we can fill our cup and be more available and present in the world.
